One of the most heartbreaking losses is that of Sawyer Sweeten, the young actor who played Geoffrey Barone. He tragically passed away in 2015 at just 19 years old, leaving behind deep shock among his family, the production team, and viewers. Doris Roberts — the unforgettable television mother Marie Barone — also passed away in 2016, while Peter Boyle, who portrayed Frank Barone, died in 2006 due to health complications
